1Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using NeoCards, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2Description of Service
NeoCards is a vocabulary flashcard application that provides:
- Flashcard creation and management
- Spaced repetition study system
- AI-powered card generation
- Image search for flashcards
- Text-to-speech pronunciation
- Study progress tracking and statistics
3Account Registration
You must create an account to use NeoCards. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
4Subscriptions and Payments
Free Tier
NeoCards offers a free tier with limited features, including restrictions on the number of decks, cards, AI generations, and image searches.
NeoCards Pro (Auto-Renewable Subscription)
- Monthly Plan: Billed monthly at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
- Annual Plan: Billed annually at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscription Terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
- No refund will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription term.
Free Trial
If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create within the App (flashcards, decks, notes). However, you grant NeoCards a non-exclusive license to store and process this content solely to provide the service.

- Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights
- Malicious or intended to disrupt the service
6AI-Generated Content
NeoCards uses artificial intelligence to generate translations, definitions, examples, and other educational content. AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
7Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Share your subscription with other users
- Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal use
8Intellectual Property
NeoCards and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Matheu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9Privacy
Your use of NeoCards is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's profile settings.

11Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Matheu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
13Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Matheu operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
