Data Deletion

Important
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your decks, cards, review history, and learning progress will be immediately removed from our servers.
Option 1: Delete via App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your data is through the NeoCards mobile application. This process is instant and automated.
- Open the NeoCards app on your device.
- Navigate to the Profile tab (bottom right).
- Scroll down to the bottom of the profile screen.
- Tap on the Delete Account button.
- Confirm your choice in the dialog.
Your data is immediately removed from our Firebase servers.
Option 2: Manual Request
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request manual deletion by contacting our support team.
Please email us at support@matheu.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Include the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before processing the deletion. Manual requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
